Intro

Hello! We are local to the area and enjoy all that the Mohave Valley has to offer. We particulary like the Winter for offroading, camping, and the amazing sunsets. Summer brings boating and floating down the river with great tunes and cold beverages.

We love our community and it's local hangouts. However, we've noticed our town was missing a major staple, Locally Brewed Craft Beer. So we took it upon ourselves to start a Brewery.

Opening a Taphouse is a monumental and expensive task, we are super small and want to grow by selling tasty craft beers in Cans and 5 Gallon Kegs. We also want to sell Merch to help spread the word.

We just earned our Arizona Micro Brewery Series 3 Liquor License, so if you're interested in hosting our beer, please reachout on our contact form!

Our Flagship Hazy IPA. Light citrus low bitterness.

About

Scott started brewing beer at home in 2015 with a Northern Brewer Homebrew kit that contaned a Glass Fermenter, bottle caps, thermometer and a Czech Pilsner recipe. The process was to pour Malt extract and soak grains in a pot, boil, add hops then let ferment for weeks. Then you bottled with a touch of sugar to kick off the carbination, taking several more weeks. Also, you hoped the bottles didn't explode! I also learned how to control temperature while fermenting and dialed in my cooling process. It took a few tries but eventually the product was drinkable. We now craft brew to local preference and seasonal flavors.
